Farmer's Markets
Tomatoes and potatoes and green beans, oh my! By late June, our fields are bursting with ripe vegetables. Beginning with our delicious greens, including lettuce and spinach, we also grow green peppers, jalapeno peppers, cucumbers, summer squash, zucchini, broccoli, onion, carrots, beets, cabbage, kale, collards, flower bouquets, and much more.
All of our food is raised with loving care in an organic environment. We teach our kids to treat the earth with reverence and respect. We offer prayers of thanks with tobacco before each harvest. And we believe in reciprocity, giving back to the earth with gratitude for the gifts we receive.
