Cookbook

In 2010 we updated our cookbook with even more recipes and artwork. We've included new recipes that the kids love to make as well as lots of recipes that use fresh vegetables available at our Farmers' Markets. With lots of stories about traditional foods, this cookbook makes a great gift! The cover is literally a work of art, combining an original painting by Ernie Whiteman with inside artwork created by our youth leaders. Many thanks also to the funders who helped make it possible, especially the Medica Foundation, NCR/SARE, the Wallace Center (HUFED). A special thank you to the Eliminating Health Disparities Initiative (EHDI), Mn Dept of Health, for helping print the 2010 updated version. The proceeds from the sale of the cookbook help support our programs.
